Hot!

Wow.  It got much, much hotter yesterday than predicted – 80°F (27°C) in the valley according to weather.com – just 1 degree off of our record high for the day.  Considering that a week ago, we were walking in snow, this is weird.  Our low this morning of 34°F (1°C) was higher than our highs all last weekend and into Tuesday.

Ok, not at the house.  Our high at the house was 69°F (20°C).  We do like living above the valley.

(On the really serious side, the forest service reported fighting 11 different brush fires in the area yesterday.  Really bad if fire season is starting this early).

So that created a serious case of droopy tail on our walks yesterday.  Pretty hard to keep up the fluffy tail routine when it is this hot:

Oh that is just horrible news! I can’t believe that winter is almost over. It’s such a sad time of year since there are so many months until winter comes back. Maybe you can take your S-RV down to the southern hemisphere and follow winter.

We would like your warm weather but the bush fires sound scary.

We have no snow now but no sunshine either, it has been windy today and yesterday we had boring rain.

I hope the fluffy tails come back soon! It has been warm, humid and rainy here lately.

HaRoooo! We had warm weather too! Where’s our snow?!?!?! We now has mud and I don’t like steppin’ in da squishy mud so much.

We had “hot” Thurs/Fri/Sat, now today it was back down to a high of 40 or so. Tomorrow and Tuesday hitting 70s again, then winter 20s and 30s come back – weird.

Tails up, tails down, they’re still gorgeous.

Oh no. . .dreaded droopy tail!!! It was really warm here yesterday, too! I actually took advantage of situation and had a nap outside on the deck. So peaceful!
