Big Dogs on the Road

We showed you Saturday some of the big dogs we ran into while out for a morning walk.  While driving away from Big Ridge State Park Sunday morning in the S-RV, we came around a corner and this funny looking big dog was in the road.  She did not seem too concerned that we were there and took her own time crossing the road.  She is staring right at Natasha who is giving her best wide-eyed stare back.

Cow staring at us

Apparently there was some really good smells there because the big dog immediately stuck her nose in the grass and we had to drive around her.

Once again, the humans did not let us out of the S-RV to help.

Wow, and I thought I was big!!

Oh, and mom was shushing us because dad was trying to sleep. He works nights. Monty and Sam can get really loud with their barking, so mom was trying to keep them quiet. Luckily I don’t bark. I rooroooroooo!

That reminds me of when I saw a really big dog at my Missouri grandparents. I thought it was a huge Great Dane, but Mom said it was a breed called a horse. They must not be AKC recognized because I couldn’t find information on the horse breed on the AKC website, but they were very interesting and made funny noises.
