Strict Rule

There is a strict rule at Chez Herd.  No dog is allowed on the top floor of the house.  That is where the guest room is and, apparently, there are some humans who do not like Sibe hair everywhere.  We don’t know why they would ever want to be a guest here.  But regardless, we always pay attention to the rule.  Don’t we, Natasha

Since she is a queen, I’m pretty sure rules do not apply to Natasha.

That’s why we try hard not to make steadfast rules – there is always a first for everything. And then too, you ARE talking about Natasha.

My mum always said cats should not be allowed to sleep on the bed. Guess where I sleep now.

Rules? We don’t need no stinkin’ rules! We’re SIBERIANS!!!!!!
Yeah… actually, Mom keeps the doors to our guest rooms shut. I still go up to that level though (like in my Wordless Wednesday post) ‘cuz it’s got great lookout potential.
Natasha looks really cool up there!

That’s kind of like the “no dogs allowed in the front room rule” at our house. It was intended to keep one room free of dog hair, but mostly to avoid any dogs running out the front door. Nebo followed the rule to the letter, he would not step foot in that room without permission. Then I came along…yeah mom tried and tried to teach me the rule but I don’t follow stupid rules like that so now its “all dogs allowed in the front room rule.” ~ Keva

Reminds me of the one rule in our house- no pups on the furniture. Yeah, that rule works soooooo well.

Hmmmm. There is one room in the house that is off limits in my house. The door is always closed. One time John and Kelly left the door open and I went in there and showed them how impressed I was with their room by taking a whiz.
